Khalil is a full-time physical science graduate student who was looking to gain some valuable field experience over the summer. Rose helped him get a position as a R&D Intern on a team developing a conditioning routine for football athletes. "It was very beneficial to get some research experience, and I enjoyed the responsibilities they gave me." Khalil was placed in charge of administering a field experiment from start to finish. "It was a great opportunity to see what corporate research was like. Plus, I got to work with and meet NFL players." Rose gave Khalil a preview of what working in the field would be like after he earns his PhD. "It was great to have an option to try something out where everything was set in order ahead of time by Rose."

Khalil appreciated the "prompt help and quick turnarounds with any transaction" he had with Rose. "Whether it was paperwork or drug tests, everything was expedited and the people were very helpful." Khalil adds that he appreciated how Rose let him focus on what mattered, "My internship was challenging but it was great to get so much hands on experience on the field with real athletes. Rose made sure I was there on the field, and not on the phone trying to get paperwork taken care of."
