The Rose Experience
On the job, Jessica learned that she actually enjoyed working in an office, "I liked that it was not stressful, and the process was clear. I improved my computer skills and communication abilities. I also found out that I enjoy backroom work. In my old job, working for myself, it was all me; I was sales, processing and even answered the phones. It could get so stressful. I liked being part of a team where everyone carried part of the load." Jessica thought of Rose as part of her team too. "I saw the stress some permanent employees had, and the stress some of the other temporary workers had because of their agencies. I could work with Rose until they run out of work for me because of how well they treated me. Jenna was upfront and honest with me, but also kind with her answers. That meant even more to me than the money."
