Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or a related technology role
• Strong professional experience with .NET and C# is required
• Experience developing, modifying, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications
• Experience working with SQL databases and database-driven applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture, application development, operating systems, and computing environments
• Experience with software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, code optimization, and system performance analysis
• Experience analyzing and resolving application and business system issues
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, programmers, DevOps teams, and other technology teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned applications, processes, and technical solutions

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Experience with Blazor for web application development is a plus
• AWS Cloud experience is preferred
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools is preferred
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, including experience with Harness, is preferred
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted software development tools is highly desirable
• Security-focused software development experience is a plus
• Experience with modern software development methodologies, source control, and automated testing is preferred

Job Duties:
• Design, develop, modify, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using .NET and C#
• Develop and maintain application features, enhancements, integrations, and database-driven solutions
• Work with SQL databases to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize database-driven applications
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery
• Participate in application deployments, software releases, configuration, testing, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective technical solutions
• Conduct software testing, debugging, code reviews, performance analysis, and code optimization
• Monitor application and system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, cloud, security, and other technology teams to deliver effective solutions
• Support cloud-based application development and deployment, including AWS environments as applicable
• Follow secure software development practices and identify opportunities to improve application security
• Utilize modern development tools, including GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools, where appropriate
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application documentation, and reports related to development, testing, troubleshooting, and solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed
