Job Description
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• Direct delivery experience in talent sourcing within an in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency environment.

• Experience sourcing revenue-generating hires across at least one of the following areas: Banking, Wealth, or Markets.

• Expert knowledge of specialist resourcing practices, with the ability to proactively identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates at all levels.

• Expert knowledge of sourcing through social media channels, Boolean searching, and X-ray search techniques.

• Strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channels.

• Ability to build credibility with candidates and business leaders, lead conversations, and influence outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments.

• Experience managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.

• Proven ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.

• Subject matter expertise with established market intelligence, referral, and talent pipeline networks.



Desired Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• Experience utilizing Workday and Eightfold.

• Experience supporting hiring across Investment Banking and other revenue-generating business lines.

• Ability to provide talent market insights across EMEA and North America.



Job Overview:

This opportunity is part of Client’s Global Talent Sourcing team, responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, talent search, and market intelligence activities. The role primarily supports revenue-generating business lines with a focus on Banking, Wealth, Markets, and Services hiring, while also providing support to other business areas such as Investment Banking and Wealth as hiring demands evolve. The successful candidate will deliver talent sourcing and intelligence projects that support the acquisition of high-caliber talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and executive search partners. The position requires expertise in sourcing revenue-generating talent, developing candidate pipelines, conducting market research, and engaging prospective candidates. The role also involves leveraging sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and industry networks to identify and attract top talent while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and regulatory requirements. Success in this position requires strong stakeholder management, candidate engagement capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality sourcing outcomes that improve the quality, speed, and cost effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.



Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment partners to manage talent sourcing processes.

• Own the delivery of talent pipelines for assigned requisitions.

• Build and maintain networks of talent candidates across priority disciplines and target markets.

• Provide high-quality market intelligence, including organizational structures, competitor talent mapping, compensation data, benefits information, and market trends.

• Collaborate with the in-house Executive Search function.

• Conduct candidate screening and engagement activities in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver against defined performance measures and continuously improve sourcing outcomes.

• Provide feedback and insights to key stakeholders regarding talent markets across EMEA and North America.

• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and talent sourcing best practices throughout the recruitment process.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
