Overview:
• The Product & Regulatory Operations org is a vital part of Client commitment to user and business safety on its platforms, delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities across Client and Global Operations and in close partnership with product/eng, legal and XFN stakeholders.
• The Legal & Compliance team ensures Client compliance and facilitates readiness for key legal and regulatory requirements. These critical obligations impact financial matters, the developer ecosystem, intellectual property, privacy matters, and global emerging regulations. This group creates processes to mitigate risks through increasingly efficient, scalable operations and use of cutting-edge technology.
• As a Project Manager on the Scaled Regulatory Operations team (part of Legal & Compliance), you will drive key strategic projects end-to-end for Content Litigation workflows, with a focus on elections, litigation and court orders across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. In this role, you will assist in evaluating operational health, tracking legal/regulatory compliance risks, and leading initiative-driven improvements to build scalable, mature processes. You will navigate emerging risks with a strong, deadline-oriented mindset while balancing complex legal and regulatory obligations.
• Additionally, you will act as a primary point of contact to align solutions across a global team of contractors and vendors dedicated to case reviews and operational enhancements. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional leadership, strategic influence, and a commitment to maintaining workflow integrity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Program Lead as the main NORAM contact for global contractors and vendors reviewing cases, aligning cross-site solutions, overseeing shift coverage and handoffs, and leading operational improvements and training to accelerate case resolution while maintaining workflow integrity.
• Serve as a project manager for Content Litigation operations in Brazil, Brazil Election, and LATAM, defining key project strategies and tracking execution using KPIs focused on case volume, SLA compliance, quality, workload capacity, and overall workflow health.
• Track legal and regulatory compliance risk across the workflow, with particular attention to elections-related litigation and court-ordered obligations, escalating and mitigating exposure before deadlines are at risk.
• Build out and strengthen operational processes and systems to deliver efficient reporting, innovative risk mitigation, and durable operational health – advancing workflows from reactive handling toward scaled, mature processes.
• Project manage opportunities and challenges before they arise: anticipate roadblocks in high-volume, deadline-driven litigation cycles (including election periods), strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute against plans.
• Ideate and inform team goals. Partner with team members on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results that surface efficiency gains – while developing and partnering on upstream product- and automation-driven solutions at scale.
• Expertly negotiate, assess, and communicate trade-offs for operational decisions with legal, product/eng, and XFN partners to optimize processes and increase maturity.
• Hold stakeholders accountable when progress on operational or election-related work is in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult situations.
• Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications, including root cause analysis, internal and external escalation coordination, communications to program leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups.
• Understand Client strategic, legal, and compliance position and deliver outcomes aligned with our mission and recognized as best in the industry.
