Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Manufacturing or production experience.
• MUST be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft applications.

This position works on automated packaging lines performing equipment setup, product changeovers, inspections, documentation, and routine production operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate automated pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Perform equipment setup and product changeovers.
• Monitor production equipment and resolve minor equipment stoppages.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Inspect packaging components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production documentation using paper and electronic systems.
• Move materials and finished products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP requirements, SOPs, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily manufacturing goals.
