Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required skills:
• 1+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience in a high-volume environment with proven productivity and accuracy.
• Experience picking, staging, loading, and replenishing inventory using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to safely lift and move products up to 100 lbs. (team lift when required) while performing physically demanding work throughout an entire shift.
• Strong track record of maintaining inventory accuracy through proper labelling, organization, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, and material movement while consistently meeting productivity and quality metrics.

Warehouse Associate – Order Picker:
• Pick, stage, load, and transport customer orders accurately.
• Read production labels, work orders, shipping orders, and customer requests to identify materials for movement.
• Move products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Sort and organize inventory on pallets, racks, shelves, bins, and carts.
• Properly label and prepare materials for storage and shipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
• Regularly lift products weighing 1–100 lbs.
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Rarely lift up to 100 lbs. (team lift when required).
• Ability to perform close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision tasks.
