Required Education

* High school diploma or equivalent



Required Experience

* Required zero to one year of manufacturing assembly experience

* Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment



**Tech Skills**

* Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English

* Ability to perform basic math calculations

* Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes

* Ability to perform fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices

* Ability to set up operate maintain and troubleshoot equipment

* Ability to conduct quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines



**Soft Skills**

* Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead or Supervisor

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Ability to get along with others

* Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities

**Physical Demand**

* Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods of time

* Ability to occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds

* Must have 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses

* Must successfully complete a color vision exam

* Must pass an eye exam prior to starting

* Steel toe or composite shoes are required



**Responsibilities**

* Perform tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices

* Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot equipment

* Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications

* Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods

* Adhere to quality guidelines

* Work a H Shift schedule from 8 00 p m to 8 00 a m three days on two days off two days on and three days off

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance

* No drug screening is required for this assignment

* May begin the assignment while background checks are pending once all criminal background checks have been completed
