• Previous experience in materials handling, shipping/receiving, inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Healthcare, hospital, medical office, or clinical supply experience is highly desirable.
• Experience receiving shipments and reconciling items against packing slips.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Comfortable handling and distributing medical supplies and other healthcare-related materials.
• Ability to lift, move, stock, and transport supplies throughout the facility.
• Dependable with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Handler to support materials management operations within a healthcare environment. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate receiving records, distributing medical supplies throughout clinical departments, and assisting with inventory monitoring and replenishment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in materials handling, receiving, inventory, warehouse operations, or healthcare supply distribution and will be comfortable working with medical supplies and other clinical materials.

Responsibilities
• Receive deliveries from supply vendors, parcel carriers, and other delivery services.
• Record incoming deliveries accurately on the daily receiving log.
• Inspect packages and shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
• Cross-reference received items against packing slips and accompanying documentation.
• Distribute and properly store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical gases within designated clinical departments and storage areas.
• Assist with monitoring medical supply inventory and identifying replenishment needs.
• Maintain organized and properly stocked supply and storage areas.
• Follow established procedures for the safe and accurate handling of healthcare supplies and materials.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged shipments, shortages, or inventory concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Support the Materials Management department with additional receiving, stocking, and inventory-related duties as needed.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receiving, inventory, warehouse, or healthcare materials management experience who is looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
