Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required



Preferred Education:

• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus



Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles

• Proven ability to work across multiple product lines, verticals, or workstreams simultaneously — comfortable context-switching without sacrificing quality

• Experience at a company that has gone through "verticalization" — building industry-specific go-to-market motions on top of a horizontal platform; no specific industry background required

• Strong independent execution — able to take a brief and produce polished, launch-ready GTM assets with minimal oversight

• Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and picking up new subject matter quickly

• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — equally comfortable executing tactical work and contributing to strategic frameworks



Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in Construction, Nonprofit, Franchise, Field Service, and Manufacturing, Healthcare, Professional Services

• Familiarity with mid-market ERP, accounting, or vertical SaaS platforms



Job Summary:

• As the Industry Solutions PMM team scales its portfolio and executes against an aggressive launch calendar, we're looking for an experienced, versatile Product Marketing Manager to serve as a utility player across the team — flexing into whichever vertical, campaign, or launch needs an extra set of expert hands

• This role isn't owned by a single industry

• You'll move fluidly across verticals and workstreams, partnering with vertical pod leads, sales enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep GTM execution moving across the entire portfolio

• What You'll Do Flex Across the Vertical Portfolio Plug into active workstreams across Construction, Nonprofit, Franchise, Field Service, and Manufacturing, Healthcare, Professional Services as team capacity and priorities shift

• Partner with vertical PMM pod owners to pick up campaign, launch, or content workstreams with minimal ramp time

• Act as a force multiplier during high-intensity periods — major launches, event cycles, and planning windows

• Execute GTM and Launch Work

• Build GTM assets — positioning, messaging, JTBD frameworks, sales enablement content, demo narratives, and campaign copy — using the team's established frameworks and playbooks

• Support event and field marketing moments with vertical-specific content: booth copy, demo outlines, and sales-facing proof points

• Contribute to always-on workstreams such as competitive intelligence and analyst relations support as needed

• Bring Structure and Consistency at Scale

• Apply the team's GTM frameworks and naming/messaging standards consistently across verticals

• Help maintain and evolve shared templates and assets that scale across the vertical portfolio

• Spot where process can be tightened or reused across verticals, and flag opportunities to reduce duplicate work
