Required Education:

Preferred Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field



Required Qualification:

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Some experience leading or guiding a team

• Good communication skills – able to give clear instructions and work well with others

• Basic computer skills – familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Problem-solving skills – able to identify and fix issues quickly

• Attention to detail – careful and accurate when checking quality

• Flexibility – willing to do hands-on work and adapt to changing needs

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong teamwork skills – supports company goals and works well with others



Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Team Lead to coordinate daily activities on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will guide production operators, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep production on schedule. You will also train team members, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement efforts like 5S. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.



Preferred qualification:

• Experience in FDA-regulated industries like medical devices or pharmaceuticals

• Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration processes

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Experience conducting 5S audits

• Knowledge of Employee Self Service (ESS) systems
