Job Description
Education Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
Required Skills for the Logistics Analyst:
• Previous experience in logistics/transportation preferably in air and small parcel shipping
• Proficient at basic MS suite such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI is an add on
• Communication via Outlook
• PowerPoint for recurring reviews with freight forwarders
• Knowledge of frequently used excel formulas
• Self-driven, accountable, proactive problem-solver, good communication skills, and ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day parcel transportation activities and shipment management
• Monitor shipment status, identify service disruptions proactively, and coordinate corrective actions with carriers
• Investigate and resolve parcel shipment issues including delays, lost shipments, billing discrepancies, and delivery exceptions
• Serve as a liaison between internal customers and parcel carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL
• Support parcel account administration and customer inquiries
• Maintain operational documentation, process guides, and standard work instructions
• Utilize Excel to analyze shipment, service, and cost data
• Maintain tracking logs and dashboards to support transportation visibility - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
