Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory, chemical, process, product testing, or manufacturing-support experience.

• Hands-on experience operating laboratory or processing equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to perform basic technical and quantitative calculations.

• Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.

• Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.



Summary

Seeking a hands-on Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, product and process research, technical programs, and manufacturing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of laboratory experience who enjoys working with equipment, solving technical problems, and applying laboratory results to real-world manufacturing and product decisions.



Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples supporting customer technical programs, product and process research, and manufacturing activities.

• Conduct testing and property evaluations and provide accurate results to support technical and business decisions.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and processing equipment used for routine testing and production support.

• Assist with machine scale-up and process development activities.

• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, equipment logs, electronic records, and other required documentation.

• Conduct internet and technical information searches to support troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Perform stoichiometric and other quantitative calculations using computer programs or manual calculations.

• Follow all EHS, SOP, Responsible Care, and site safety requirements.

• Manage multiple assignments and priorities while working with multiple technical supervisors.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, research, and other technical teams to support project objectives.

• Provide timely and accurate results to help ensure the quality of products and materials delivered to customers.
