Job Description



The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, helping ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across various HR functions. This role assists with employee onboarding, personnel records management, staffing activities, and special HR projects while serving as a professional resource for employees and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand Human Resources experience within a dynamic and growth-focused organization.



Job Duties

• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities

• Maintain and update employee personnel files and records

• Support staffing and recruiting activities

• Communicate professionally with employees, management, and HR team members

• Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives

• Assist with special projects as assigned

• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping

• Help maintain compliance with applicable employment policies and procedures

• Support HR operations and process improvement efforts

• Follow up on assigned tasks through completion

• Perform other duties as assigned
