Technician/Laborer Overview
• This role is a technician/laborer position focused primarily on spraying sheets of material and packing them into boxes
• General duties include assembly-related work and operation of equipment used for dispensing adhesive and testing materials
• Equipment may include an adhesive sprayer, specifically the LOCTITE® RB40 200 D-Series Benchtop Dispensing Robot, a thermal tester, and a texture analyzer
• The position does not include sanding
• The position involves handling one adhesive and requires appropriate PPE, including a lab coat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and hearing protection
• Employees will spray sheets of material and pack them into boxes
• The maximum lifting requirement is 50 lbs, although lifting 50 lbs is rare
• A buddy system is in place, and carts or dollies may be used
• The position does not require unloading or loading trucks
• This role requires employees to be comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive hand movements

Job Duties
• General duties include assembly
• Operate an adhesive sprayer: LOCTITE® RB40 200 D-Series Benchtop Dispensing Robot | Adhesives
• Use a thermal tester: Specifications for TIM 1300 & TIM 1400 - Analysis Tech
• Use a texture analyzer: Texture Analyzers | Texture Technologies
• No sanding
• Handle one adhesive
• Wear required PPE, including lab coat, glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and hearing protection
• Spray sheets of material
• Pack sprayed sheets of material into a box
• Perform picking, packing, and stocking duties as needed
• No unloading or loading trucks
• Lift up to 50 lbs, rarely
• Use a buddy system and carts or dollies as applicable
