Required Education
• Minimum: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education (or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations).
Required Skills
• Supply chain experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, reporting) – required
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP systems – required
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with multiple planning groups and following up to close gaps
• Ability to work independently and manage a recurring, deadline-driven cadence
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive supply chain environment
• Prior experience with Cummins or similar large-scale manufacturing ERP environments
Job Description
o Capture supply plan updates from all planning groups on a recurring basis and ensure timely, accurate entry into Oracle
o Align Oracle system data (promise dates, order quantities, supply commitments) with the latest supplier and planning group inputs
o Identify discrepancies between system data and actual supply commitments, and escalate to appropriate planners for resolution
o Maintain consistent communication cadence with planning groups to capture changes as they occur, not just at reporting intervals
o Support root cause analysis on missed or shifted promise dates
o Partner with materials planners and buyers to validate updates before system entry
o Participate in relevant supply/production review meetings as the data alignment representative
o Enhance and maintain existing Excel templates used for supply plan tracking, promise date monitoring, and escalation reporting
o Standardize recurring reports to reduce manual rebuild time
o Build and maintain Power BI dashboards pulling from Oracle/Excel data sources to visualize promise date attainment, supply gaps, and trend analysis
o Automate manual reporting processes where possible to reduce prep time on recurring decks
o Generate and distribute status reports/dashboards reflecting current supply plan and promise date alignment
o Support integration of data into Power BI or other BI tools for real-time or near-real-time visibility
o Maintain data integrity checks and validation rules to catch errors before they reach dashboards or leadership reporting
o Identify opportunities to reduce touchpoints between planning group updates and Oracle system entry (e.g., templated intake forms, standardized submission cadence)
o Create and maintain a single source-of-truth tracker that feeds both Oracle alignment and leadership reporting
o Support continuous improvement of the update-capture process to reduce manual touchpoints and data lag - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
