Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent



Requirements:

• Customer service experience with the ability to consistently provide a high level of service

• Experience handling inbound and outbound freight and supporting warehouse operations

• Experience with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, branch team members, and internal business partners

• Ability to understand customer needs and navigate them to appropriate products and solutions

• Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through customer interactions



Overview

Supports customer service and warehouse operations by assisting customers across multiple service channels, providing product and solution guidance, handling inbound and outbound freight, and maintaining accurate inventory. The role also contributes to sales growth by identifying potential selling opportunities and leads.



Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service through multiple service channels in alignment with the client’s Service Promise

• Understand customer needs and guide customers toward products and solutions that help them accomplish their goals

• Handle inbound and outbound freight and support daily warehouse operations

• Perform inventory management activities to maintain accurate and organized inventory

• Engage with customers to identify additional needs and potential sales opportunities

• Collaborate daily with branch team members and internal business partners to support customer and operational needs

• Work directly with the Branch Operations Manager and follow branch processes and priorities
