Job Description
Education Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent PLUS 3 years of experience



Preferred Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology



Required Skills for the Associate Business Analyst:

- Strong analysis, decision making and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints

- Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word)



Preferred Skills:

- 1+ years’ experience in Maximo

- 1+ years’ experience Restoration

- Experience working with project management methodology preferred



Associate Business Analyst Responsibilities:

- Perform analysis on large amounts of data to provide the business with fact-based insights and KPIs

- Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness

- Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics

- Make recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments

- Develop functional, process, and system documentation

- Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate

- Gather, define and document business requirements and processes

- Organizing files, processing paperwork or work orders, and preparing operational reports.

- Acting as a liaison between departments and communicating with vendors or customer.

- Other miscellaneous office duties as assigned by management
