Job Description


***Only qualified Assembler candidates located near the Sumter South Carolina area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Experience

* Zero to one year of manufacturing assembly experience

* Medical device fabrication and assembly

* Manufacturing and packaging equipment



Tech Skills

* Medical device fabrication and assembly

* Manufacturing and packaging equipment

* Equipment setup operation and maintenance

* Equipment troubleshooting

* Quality inspection

* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Basic measurement tools including microscopes

* Basic math calculations

* Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English



Soft Skills

* Effective communication skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Ability to work well with coworkers and supervisors

* Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities

* Perform tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices

* Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot equipment

* Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to quality specifications

* Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods

* Adhere to established quality guidelines

* Read interpret and comprehend specifications written in English

* Perform basic math calculations

* Use basic measurement tools including microscopes

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance

* Work flexible and extended hours as required

* Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
