Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Change Management, or a related field

Required Experience
• 3+ years of overall professional work experience, with demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility and broader scope
• 1+ year of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives
• Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis, tracking, and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building effective relationships across different levels of an organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and support multiple stakeholder needs
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational processes, challenges, and business impacts
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations
• Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience conducting or supporting organizational change readiness assessments, including surveys or focus groups
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and change activity tracking
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or business enablement programs

Job Duties
• Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program Team, and deployment groups in identifying and documenting business change impacts, including impact level, affected employees/stakeholders, and impacted processes
• Track People/Change impact mitigation activities and follow up to ensure actions are completed and closed
• Assist Change Leads with planning and tracking business enablement activities and maintaining a cohesive program event calendar
• Collect, organize, input, and analyze data related to change impacts, stakeholder attributes, and change management activities
• Maintain accurate stakeholder and change impact information and ensure appropriate access for Deployment Teams and Accelerate Program members
• Respond to questions regarding stakeholder and change impact data and provide clear insights to support alignment and decision-making
• Support organizational change readiness assessments through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms
• Coordinate readiness activities with Deployment Leads, Change Management Teams, and Project Managers while considering key program milestones and Go/No-Go decisions
• Support the execution and tracking of deployment group communication plans in alignment with the overall Accelerate Program communication strategy
• Collaborate with Change Leads, Accelerate Program team members, and business partners to promote stakeholder and end-user engagement and adoption
• Review and provide input on Change Management work plans and provide timely, accurate status updates
• Analyze change management data and develop reports or insights to help project teams understand progress, impacts, risks, and readiness
• Support multiple deployments and business groups while managing competing priorities and stakeholder requirements
