REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4–6 years of administrative, business support, or related professional experience.
• Experience supporting managers, supervisors, or business leaders.
• Strong planning, organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, systems, and document management.
• Ability to gather, organize, and monitor information accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound judgment.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and business support in a professional operational environment. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules, support managers, and keep important information and activities organized.

The successful candidate will work with general supervision while using sound judgment, strong communication skills, and initiative to plan and complete administrative activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative and business support to managers and other team members.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and other business activities.
• Coordinate calendars and help manage competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Answer calls, provide information, and serve as a professional point of contact for employees and other stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.
• Gather, organize, track, and monitor information to support business activities and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate multiple administrative tasks while adjusting priorities as business needs change.
• Use Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems to complete daily responsibilities.
• Apply independent judgment and initiative when addressing routine administrative and business needs.
• Support additional administrative projects and activities as assigned.
