Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in Raymond, OH. In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing operations by managing specification controls, tracking design changes, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of critical data to downstream units.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Change Management: Review daily work lists, monitor dashboards, and prioritize tasks alongside Group Leaders and Project Leaders to achieve critical production milestones.
• System & BOM Delivery: Accurately manage and deliver design changes using specialized tracking systems (DCMS, BEAM) and the Microsoft platform/SharePoint.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with specification control associates, engineering, and external departments to resolve questions regarding design changes and manufacturing instructions.
• Process Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all items and documentation are thoroughly processed and delivered prior to purchase order execution.
• Team Support: Actively participate in team meetings, support regional spec control initiatives, and assist peers to ensure seamless on-time delivery.
