Rose International Holds Resume Workshop for Veterans

Rose partnered with Wounded Warrior Project to help veterans find their post service careers.

ST. LOUIS (March 18, 2025) - Through the company's Deployment to Employment (D2E) program, Rose International hosted a virtual resume workshop with Wounded Warrior Project to help veterans pursue their post service careers. Attendees from Texas, Denver, New York and New Jersey gained insight on creating and updating resumes as well as preparing for job interviews, guided by the Rose D2E Team.

"Thank you for presenting great information," said Dallas Nelson, the Senior Career Transition Specialist, Warriors to Work at Wounded Warrior Project. "I had some great feedback on how helpful the resume portion was and being able to hear it from those that are physically looking at the resume and applications."

"The entire Rose International Team continues to push the D2E program forward and support military veterans, reserves and spouses," said LaWanda Scott-Woods, Associate Director of Sustainability & Social Impact at Rose International. "With a military background, our D2E Team provides real world experience to participants and helps translate their military experience to Corporate America. We look forward to partnering with Wounded Warrior Project for future events and helping more veterans."

Rose International's D2E program provides employment services that facilitate temporary and permanent employment placement of military veterans, military reserves and military spouses. The D2E Team is trained and well versed in military culture and military candidate employment needs, and engages in specialized outreach, recruiting and training to assist and support Rose International military candidates.
