Job Description
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience/Skills:
• 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience
• Ability to read and interpret sales orders, work orders, pick lists, and packing lists
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use various computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible with changing job assignments
• Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods during the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Experience with SAP or Cincom software preferred

Job Duties:
• Stock and distribute materials and supplies to various departments under general supervision
• Pull and process sales orders and work orders according to operational requirements
• Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and verbal instructions accurately
• Count, verify, and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy
• Audit queue reports and make necessary inventory adjustments
• Perform inventory counts and complete inventory transactions
• Restock inventory racks and maintain organized storage areas
• Complete and fill parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate counting scales and other warehouse equipment as required
• Deliver materials to machines and departments using pallet jacks, dollies, or manual handling methods
• Prepare materials for outside processing and shipment
• Package parts kits and apply appropriate labels
• Receive and inspect shipments against packing lists and work orders
• Verify shipment accuracy against bills of lading and packing lists
• Assemble boxes and build standard-sized shipping crates
• Prepare products, equipment, and containers for shipping activities
