Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent related experience

Required Experience:
• Warehouse/Operations/Transportation experience preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork- 10%
• Handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving-10%
• Prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving- 10%
• Prepares daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices to Selectors and Receivers- 10%
• Maintains receiving and shipping documents/logs for SQF- 10%
• Tracks and file orders in the computer system- 10%
• Performs miscellaneous clerical duties such as running computer reports, filing, maintaining computer spreadsheets, copying, and routing incoming calls to the appropriate area- 10%
• Maintains a clean, shared workspace- 10%
• Receive product into the WMS system- 10%
• Maintain tracking of received product for warehouse locations; track UNFI direct shipments
• Check, log, and prepare vendor invoices for payment- 10%
• EZ Lobby Management Total- 100%

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
• Understands procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes
• Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook and 10-key
• Excellent communication/decision-making skills
• Ability to interact with all departments and all levels of management
• Equipment knowledge is a plus—use of a pallet jack is recommended
• Understanding of safety guidelines

Physical environments/ DEMANDS:
• Must be able to work in an environment containing Tree nuts, Peanuts, Soy, Wheat, and Milk
• Some travel may be required
• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
