Required Skills

• Ability to prioritize and work independently with good organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of applicable computer system functions and RF systems
• Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and 10-key
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Understanding of safety guidelines

Job Duties
• Coordinates check-in of inbound drivers and processes paperwork
• Handles purchase order discrepancies and closes out purchase orders for receiving
• Prints and collates order labels and invoices for shipping and receiving
• Prepares daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices for selectors and receivers
• Maintains receiving and shipping documents and logs for SQF compliance
• Tracks and files orders in the computer system
• Performs clerical duties including reports, filing, spreadsheets, copying, and routing calls
• Maintains a clean, shared workspace
• Receives product into the WMS system
• Maintains tracking of received product and UNFI direct shipments
• Checks, logs, and prepares vendor invoices for payment
• Manages EZ Lobby processes
• Performs other relevant job duties as required
Typical Day
The Warehouse Administrator begins the day checking in inbound drivers and preparing paperwork for shipping and receiving teams. Throughout the shift, they enter data into warehouse systems, print and organize invoices and labels, resolve purchase order discrepancies, and maintain logs and files. The role involves frequent communication with warehouse staff, drivers, and management while ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Job Description
Responsible for invoicing and batching to support Shipping and Receiving. Performs data entry, evaluates accuracy of invoices (such as purchase order and vendor discrepancies), batches invoices and orders, completes warehouse paperwork, checks in drivers, and coordinates schedules. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
