Required Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent required



Required Experience

* Previous inventory control or inventory clerk experience

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment

* Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required

* Experience maintaining inventory records and material transactions

* Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

* Experience with receiving shipping transferring and inventory tracking

* Experience generating ERP system reports

* Forklift experience with a minimum of 6 months required

* Ability to complete required drug screening and background check before start date



Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing material transactions

* Process receiving shipping transferring and inventory transactions

* Generate inventory reports from ERP systems

* Reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical counts

* Conduct periodic cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

* Investigate inventory variances and resolve discrepancies

* Coordinate disposal of obsolete excess or unusable materials

* Support Manufacturing and Quality departments with inventory activities

* Perform additional duties as assigned
