Job Description
***Only qualified Operator 1 Warehouse Operations candidates located near Four Oaks North Carolina area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Certifications
• Forklift certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses certifications or training as needed
Required Experience
• Zero to one year warehouse experience or related experience and or training
• Minimum six months forklift operating experience required
• Experience in warehouse logistics material handling or manufacturing environments preferred
• Experience operating slip and clamp attachments preferred
• Ability to work in a metrics driven environment
• Experience maintaining records and inventory documentation preferred
Tech Skills
• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to operate conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks
• Material handling and warehouse operations knowledge
• Ability to read write interpret and comprehend documents written in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Move materials parts assemblies and finished goods throughout the warehouse and facility
• Load unload transport and stage materials as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
• Support warehouse logistics and material management activities
• Complete routine warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety policies procedures and operational guidelines
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with inventory movement storage and organization of materials
