Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Required Qualifications:

• Functionally literate and able to read numbers and read/write at approximately a 4th-grade level.

• Ability to lift/carry freight weighing up to 50 pounds several times per week.

• Ability to push/pull up to 300 pounds using mechanical aids such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, and hydraulic lifts.

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push, pull, and work at a quick pace.

• Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic written and verbal communication skills for documentation and communication with peers, supervisors, and customers.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, liftgates, RF scanners, and printers.



Job Summary:



The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by expediting incoming and outgoing freight and ensuring automotive aftermarket parts are accurately received, stocked, pulled, staged, loaded, and shipped. This position helps maintain product availability, maximize warehouse space utilization, and support a superior customer experience.



The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order pulling, staging, loading, shipping, equipment operation, documentation, and general warehouse maintenance. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, hazardous material regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.



Key Responsibilities:

• Check, verify, and pull freight according to customer needs.

• Receive, stock, pull, stage, load, and ship incoming and outgoing freight.

• Perform daily inspections of appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including liftgates, pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and printers.

• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures.

• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.

• Comply with hazardous material regulations and established procedures.

• Process and organize warehouse inventory to maximize available warehouse space.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.

• Support accurate availability of automotive aftermarket parts to meet customer needs.

• Perform other general warehouse duties as necessary.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
