Job Description
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

** New hires are eligible for a $500 bonus after completing 30 days of employment.

** Training is available in both English and Spanish. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

** Workers will be responsible for individually lifting and moving products as part of their regular job duties.

** Candidates must be able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.

** Candidate must be eligible to be employed for an unlimited duration with out limitation.



PAY RATE: $22.00/hour set pay rate



REQUIRED EDUCATION:

· High School Diploma or equivalent



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions.

· Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance

· Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. overhead, throughout an entire shift.



POSITION OVERVIEW: Warehouse Order Selectors for temp-to-hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations. This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.



ROLE:

· Use voice-controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen and or/other perishable products using a ride on electric pallet jack. Headsets will be worn throughout entire shift.

· Palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local stores.



REQUIRED DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT:

· Safety Shoes required day 1. (Closed-toe slip-resistant shoes are different from safety shoes.)

· Must dress appropriately for environment
