Job Description
***Only qualified “Warehouse Operator” candidates located near the “2350 Reeves Road Plainfield Indiana” area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education

* High School Diploma (HS) or Equivalent



Required Experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) required

* Experience operating at least one type of material handling equipment required

* Experience with Reach Trucks preferred

* Experience with Counterbalance forklifts preferred

* Experience with slip and clamp attachments preferred

* General distribution experience preferred



**Tech Skills**

* Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE)

* Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners

* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

* Ability to read and interpret distribution documents

* Basic analytical organizational and prioritization skills

* Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)



**Soft Skills**

* Strong initiative and drive for results

* Good verbal communication skills

* Ability to work under minimal supervision

* Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to follow safety requirements and established procedures

* Ability to maintain a clean neat and orderly work area

* Ability to work overtime as needed including Saturdays



**Responsibilities**

* Safely load and unload products within the distribution center

* Process customer orders including scanning barcodes picking pallets and labeling pallets

* Process orders using RF technology with a focus on damage prevention

* Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using WMS

* Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping and receiving documents

* Locate and retrieve products

* Replenish picking locations

* Follow attendance policies

* Maintain current status in required training modules

* Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in standard operating procedures

* Perform job activities safely and in accordance with established safety requirements

* Maintain a clean professional work environment

* Maintain a clean neat and orderly work area

* Complete Hazmat training when required

* Perform other duties as assigned



**Physical Demands**

* Ability to regularly walk stand stoop kneel balance crouch reach push pull grasp hear twist and lift

* Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements including handling picking and typing

* Ability to occasionally climb

* Ability to lift over 50 pounds in some areas

* Normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye

* Sufficient hearing to safely operate in a manufacturing or distribution environment

* Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

* Ability to obtain forklift certification

* Safety shoes and safety vest required
