Required Education

• High school diploma



Required Skills

• Ability to use warehouse technology, including computers, tablets, printers, handheld RF scanners, and inventory management systems.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with safety policies and procedures.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including:

- Lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Frequent bending, reaching, and standing.

- Working at heights up to 30 feet.

• Ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment, including:

- Forklifts

- Order pickers

- Turrets

- Pallet jacks



Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.

• Experience with inventory control and material handling.

• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment



Job Duties

• Process material orders for locations across the state.

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship materials.

• Support material fulfillment for corporate storerooms, field crews, and project teams.

• Maintain accurate computerized inventory records using handheld devices.

• Perform inventory receiving, issuing, packaging, storage, and material returns.

• Work in all warehouse functions, including Inbound, Order Processing, and Outbound operations.

• Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, turrets, and other material handling equipment.

• Prepare shipments using specialized warehouse tools and equipment.

• Participate in daily safety briefings and assigned work planning meetings.

• Follow all safety regulations, policies, and warehouse procedures.

• Support storm restoration activities and work non-standard hours when business needs require.

• Perform duties in any warehouse department as assigned by Operations Supervisors.

• Adapt to changing work assignments throughout the shift based on operational needs.
