Job Description
Only qualified “Warehouse Operator” candidates located near the Madison, Georgia area will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence.

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Certifications:
• Certified forklift operator with ability to operate manual and automatic hand trucks

Required Qualifications
• Ability to pass the lift driver test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to read and interpret operational and distribution documents
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good communication skills in basic English
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of experience operating material handling equipment

Physical Demands:
• Use hands for handling, grasping, and operating equipment
• Stand, reach, and move materials as required
• Lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• Perform bending, pulling, and prolonged standing

Role Summary:
• Unload inbound trucks, verify quantities, and stack boxes according to pallet patterns
• Operate forklift and place pallets into designated rack locations
• Work between Covington and Madison locations as required
• Follow safe lifting techniques during bending lifting and turning
• Receive materials from internal departments for sterilization processing
• Verify catalog numbers lot numbers quantities and expiration dates
• Complete transactions using data collection scanners
• Build sterilization loads based on defined palletization diagrams
• Place biological indicators into sterilization loads
• Initiate and maintain sterilization documentation records
• Locate materials into pallet and bin locations
• Operate inventory control systems as required
• Maintain clean and organized work area per procedures and quality regulations
• Support operational processes including internal material flow
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment:
• Work in hot humid conditions and near moving mechanical parts
• Exposure to high places electrical risk and loud noise
• Work with chemicals and sterilization processes
• Ability to work off hours as required
