Experience Desired: Warehouse, distribution, material handling, or shipping experience (1 yrs); Strong hands-on manual labor experience, including palletizing, stacking, loading/unloading, or orde (1 yrs); Experience with RF scanners, barcode scanners, picking, labeling, and order processing (1 yrs); MHE experience preferred; electric pallet jack experience is a plus (0 yrs); Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, (1 yrs); Reliable candidate who can commit to Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (1 yrs)

Job Description
Required Education:

Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Ability to operate MHE and use RF scanners
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• General distribution knowledge
• Ability to perform manual labor and repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. in some areas
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment
• Sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate MHE

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 1 year of relevant warehouse/distribution experience preferred
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience preferred


Responsibilities:
• Manually hand stack product from larger custom pallets onto 40x48 standard pallets for shipping
• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes
• Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders onto pallets
• Process orders using RF technology
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for packaging
• Perform dock manifest duties as needed, including scanning completed pallets and operating the shrink wrapper
• Operate the ground/manual manifest station as needed
• Use material handling equipment safely and effectively
• Cross-train on other warehouse positions and assist as needed
• Provide backup coverage during employee absences or vacations
• Maintain safe work practices around moving equipment
• Perform tasks requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting, and repetitive hand movements
• Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise and potential temperature fluctuations
