Job Description
***Only qualified Warehouse Operator candidates located near the Covington, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience
• 2-3 years of experience operating material handling equipment
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with inventory control systems preferred
• Experience receiving, storing, and moving materials within a warehouse
• Ability to work between Covington and Madison facilities as needed
Technical Skills
• Manual and automatic hand truck operation
• IBM Data Collection scanner experience
• Inventory control system knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Ability to follow operational procedures and specifications
• Basic mathematical computation skills
• Material receiving and inventory management
• Product verification and documentation skills
Soft Skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong logic and reasoning skills
• Ability to identify problems and determine solutions

• Ability to work around loud noise and warehouse equipment
• Ability to work off hours when required
Responsibilities
• Unload inbound trucks
• Verify catalog numbers lot numbers quantities and expiration dates
• Stack boxes according to required pallet patterns
• Operate forklifts and locate pallets into rack locations
• Receive materials from internal departments for sterilization processing
• Complete inventory transactions using IBM Data Collection scanners
• Assemble sterilization loads according to established palletization diagrams
• Place biological indicators into sterilization loads
• Initiate sterilization load documentation records
• Locate materials into pallet and bin locations
• Operate inventory control systems
• Maintain work areas in accordance with Quality System Regulations
• Support buying and selling processes as required
• Follow safe lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures
• Complete assigned duties in accordance with operational procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
