Job Description
***Only qualified Warehouse Operator candidates located near the Covington, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment

• Experience operating material handling equipment

• Experience using RF scanners

• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment

• Experience with electric pallet jacks preferred

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding warehouse tasks



Tech Skills

• Ability to operate material handling equipment

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents

Physical Demands

• Heavy lifting required

• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment



Responsibilities

• Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment

• Palletize completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing products on pallets

• Re-palletize products for shipment

• Perform dock manifest duties including scanning completed pallets and operating shrink wrap equipment

• Operate ground or manual manifest stations as assigned

• Transport pallets using material handling equipment when required

• Complete assigned duties in accordance with departmental procedures and standards

• Maintain work areas in compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR)

• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and standard operating procedures

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

• Adhere to proper operating practices designed to prevent injuries and illnesses

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
