Job Description
Only qualified Warehouse Operator candidates located near the Covington, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence



Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent



Required Certifications

• Forklift certification



Experience

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse manufacturing logistics or material handling experience

• Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment required

• Experience working in a fast paced metrics driven environment

• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions

• Experience using conveyors pallet jacks hand carts or power trucks



Tech Skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to maintain simple warehouse or inventory records

• Ability to read and understand documents written in English

• Basic math skills required

Soft Skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong attention to safety procedures

• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Ability to follow instructions and complete routine tasks consistently

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

• Move materials parts and finished goods throughout the warehouse or production area

• Load unload stage and transport materials as needed

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Perform routine warehouse tasks with accuracy and consistency

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Assist with inventory tracking or basic recordkeeping

• Meet productivity and quality expectations

• Work safely around moving machinery and equipment

• Lift move push or pull materials up to 50 lbs or more as required



Physical Demands

• Frequent standing walking bending kneeling reaching pushing and pulling

• Repetitive hand and wrist movements required

• Regular lifting and moving of materials over 50 lbs

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts vibration dust and varying temperatures

• Warehouse environment can be hot during summer and cold during winter

• Moderate to loud noise levels in work environment

• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
