Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
• 1 year of experience operating Reach Trucks and Counterbalance forklifts
• Reach Truck and Order Picker operation
• Quality Control and inventory accuracy
• Forklift and lift truck operation
• Warehouse operations and material handling
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Shipping & Receiving
• 3PL logistics experience
• SAP and ERP systems knowledge
• RF scanner operation
• Inventory management and inventory control
• Load balancing and unloading procedures
• GMP compliance and warehouse safety
• MRP systems familiarity
• Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and distribution processes
Responsibilities:
• Use a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse
• May maintain records
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines
• Work under general to limited supervision
