Job Description
***Only qualified “Warehouse Operator” candidates located near the Covington Georgia area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Certifications

• Forklift experience required

• DT required

• Appropriate licenses, certifications, or training as needed



Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or related experience

• Experience with material handling logistics or manufacturing production environments

• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment

• Ability to work under general to limited supervision

• Ability to maintain records and follow SOPs

• Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs



Tech Skills

• Experience operating forklifts conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks

• General computer skills

• Ability to read write interpret and comprehend English documents

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Ability to maintain operational and warehouse records



Soft Skills

• Effective communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures

• Ability to work in fast paced warehouse environments

• Strong teamwork and reliability



Physical Demands

• Frequent walking standing stooping kneeling balancing climbing crouching and reaching

• Frequent pulling pushing grasping twisting and repetitive hand movement

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts vibration and extreme weather conditions

• Occasional exposure to high places and airborne particles

• Ability to work in hot summer conditions with no AC and cold winter conditions with limited heating

• Ability to work in moderate to loud warehouse environments



Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks

• Move materials parts assemblies and finished goods throughout warehouse and plant areas

• Maintain records and documentation as required

• Complete routine warehouse and operational tasks following SOPs

• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines

• Support material handling and warehouse operations as assigned



Additional Information

• Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
