Job Description
***Only qualified Warehouse Operator candidates located near the Covington Georgia area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience or related experience and/or training

• Forklift experience required

• Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments

• Effective communication skills with coworkers and leadership

• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in hot cold loud and fast paced environments



Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks to move materials parts assemblies and finished goods

• Support warehouse plant and material handling operations

• Maintain records and documentation as needed

• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

• Work within a metrics driven environment

• Complete routine warehouse and logistics tasks under general supervision

• Read interpret and comprehend documents written in English

• Perform basic math calculations

• Utilize general computer skills in daily operations



Additional Information

• DT required

• Candidate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts vibration fumes and airborne particles

• Position requires standing walking stooping kneeling climbing crouching pulling pushing and repetitive hand movement

• Occasional exposure to high places and outdoor weather conditions
