Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 0–1 year of warehouse or related experience (or equivalent training)

• Must obtain and/or maintain required licenses, training, or certifications (e.g., forklift)

• Drug Test required



Skills & Competencies Required:

• Basic knowledge of material handling, logistics, or manufacturing processes

• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English documents

• Basic math calculation skills

• Effective communication with team members and supervisors

• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment

• General computer skills



Role Overview

This is a forklift-focused warehouse role responsible for moving materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within a warehouse or plant environment. The position requires adherence to SOPs, quality guidelines, and safe material handling practices in a metrics-driven environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks

• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the facility

• Maintain records as required

• Follow defined SOPs and quality standards

• Perform routine tasks using prescribed processes and procedures

• Work under general to limited supervision

• Perform other duties as assigned



Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, and climbing

• Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching

• Frequent use of hands (including repetitive wrist and finger movements)

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs



Work Environment

• Exposure to:

o Moving mechanical parts

o Extreme weather conditions

o Vibration

o High or elevated work areas (occasionally)

o Fumes or airborne particles (occasionally)

• Temperature conditions:

o Hot in summer (no AC)

o Cold in winter (limited heating)

• Noise level: Moderate to loud

• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

• Must adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
