Job Description
Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's in Information Technology OR AA/AS degree with 2 years of professional experience OR 4 years of equivalent IT experience
Required Qualifications:
• Customer Support is important – conflict resolution and how to handle different types of people
• Sectional planning - looking for quality to hire internally
Required Technical Skills:
• Technical skill sets – need to be expert in hardware and software platforms
• Have someone that is solution oriented. Can find the solution themselves
• Understanding of Agile Mythology – JIRA (no master but familiar in tools)
Responsibilities:
• Industrial Work Technician – production devices – PCS, Cameras, scanners, make production possible – IP addresses, Windows, office, production environment (good with heights, productions critical role
• Half of the role (industrial workspace devices) and the other half (IT Delivery Manager)– make people happy
• Escalate issues – if things aren’t functioning correctly
• Customer escalations
Additional Details:
• Primary work week is Monday - Friday.
• Occasional overtime, weekend and holiday work are required
• Role is primarily on site: 70–80% in Greer and the remainder in Greenville
• Work from home permitted only for illness or special circumstances - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
