Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or similar
Required Skills
• 3+ years of industry experience in Operations, Test/Quality/Support Engineering, or Technical Program Management
• Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills
• Experience with large-scale data collections and user studies
• Experience tracking progress, blockers, and key deliverables
• Experience collaborating with Hardware, Software, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
• Experience with HW/SW platform setup, vendor training, and deployment
• Experience with equipment setup and inventory tracking
Duties
• Plan, execute, and track large-scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development
• Track and report on progress, blockers, and key deliverables to the Data Operations Team
• Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections
• Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment
• Support the Data Operations team with equipment setup and inventory tracking - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
