Job Description
**Only qualified Digital marketing designer/visual designer candidates located within the client location to be considered for this Hybrid role.*** Hybrid on-site 3 days/week in any of the following hub cities: El Segundo, Ca, Dallas TX, Bothell, WA, Atlanta, GA.



Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, visual communication, or similar; 3+ years of related experience.



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

o Portfolio featuring digital campaigns for various touchpoints and marketing channels.

o Knowledgeable in digital brand experience and customer-focused thinking and experience making data-driven design decisions to drive engagement and conversion.

o Well-versed in accessibility standards, responsive design, and current design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud).

o Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting work

• Portfolio featuring digital campaigns for various touchpoints and marketing channels.

• In-house or ad agency experience a plus.

• Knowledgeable in digital brand experience and customer-focused thinking.

• Experience making data-driven design decisions to drive engagement and conversion.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting work.

• Able to challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions that go beyond the brief, support the strategy, and drive the business forward.

Role:

The Digital marketing designer/visual designer is a design professional who creates visually appealing product and marketing content across digital platforms for our website and app. This role requires expertise in mobile-first and desktop design, online marketing, and engaging audiences through high-quality, cohesive digital experiences.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to align visual design with overarching strategies (campaign, site, and user experience).

• Work cross-functionally with writers, producers, and strategists to deliver on-brand creative work.

• Work closely with technology and brand teams to troubleshoot site issues and update components to align with brand and business requirements, including accessibility.

• Use style guides for consistent design and language across projects and products.

• Factor in usability testing results when making design and creative decisions.

• Advocate for growth in design by contributing to the evolution of AT&T design systems and best practices.

• Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technology and how they may boost the customer experience.

• Communicate openly, share knowledge, and promote process (AT&T ways of working).

• Help cover teammates’ workload as needed.
