Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing graphical user interfaces based on user requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience working within Agile methodology

• Minimum 8 years of experience with front-end UI technologies, including HTML, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, CSS, and JavaScript

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing intuitive site architecture and user navigation

• Minimum 5 years of experience with design tools such as Figma

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering products end-to-end within cross-functional teams

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ASP.NET C# (C-Sharp)

• Strong understanding of secure UI design and coding practices for ASP.NET MVC applications

• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills

• Ability to lead design initiatives and manage competing priorities

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC applications

• Experience building conversational workflow diagrams and user journey maps

• Experience creating Design System libraries for reusable components



UI/UX Designer Overview:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing modern, intuitive user interfaces and delivering user-centered design solutions within an agile development environment. This role involves working closely with business users, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design strategies. The designer will research, prototype, and validate design concepts while ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business goals. The role also includes driving product improvements, contributing to product roadmaps, and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems



Job Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather and define UI requirements

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces for complex business processes

• Participate in all stages of product development including discovery, research, and design

• Conduct user research, testing, and iteration to validate design concepts

• Work with project managers, developers, and analysts to develop design solutions

• Create and maintain design system libraries for reusable UI components

• Ensure seamless UI handoff to development teams

• Ensure UI/UX designs follow best practices and comply with security standards

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming sessions

• Lead design initiatives and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate discussions and workshops

• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of design solutions

• Maintain strong documentation including user journey maps and workflow diagrams

• Perform other duties as assigned
