• Platform Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise-level government CMS (e.g., Granicus govAccess or similar).
• Election Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with election procedures and systems such as absentee voting platforms and voter roll maintenance processes.
• Compliance Rigor: Proven ability to manage content in alignment with state web standards and federal ADA requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in handling sensitive information such as candidate dates and disclosure requirements, where errors may have legal implications.
• UI/UX Design: 3+ years of experience with a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and visual design principles.
Job Summary:
The Digital Content Specialist will serve as a hands-on implementation lead for Client’s elections portal. This role involves executing critical updates to election information, candidate filings, and business services portals. You will work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple divisions to ensure the public receives timely, accurate, and compliance-driven information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Election Cycle Support: Execute rapid updates for the 2026 Election Cycle, including posting candidate filing locations, voter registration deadlines, and polling place data.
• CMS Platform Management: Perform hands-on configuration and content entry using Client CMS platform, ensuring all pages adhere to standard government templates.
• SME Liaison: Translate complex legislative updates and election regulations provided by Client into clear, user-friendly web content.
• ADA & Language Access: Maintain strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and ensure the availability of information in required languages (Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean).
• Portal Integration: Coordinate content updates related to Client’s project to ensure a seamless user experience between the main site and specialized applications.
