Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field



Required Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of UX/UI or Digital Experience Design experience within enterprise or complex environments

• Experience designing internally facing applications, enterprise platforms, or other complex systems

• Banking or financial services industry experience required

• Strong proficiency with Figma, including Figma Make

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders

• Experience presenting and communicating design decisions, workflows, and design activities

• Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles



Job duties:

• Design and create user interfaces for enterprise applications and digital platforms

• Lead hands-on UX/UI design activities from concept through implementation

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Partner closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions

• Apply and maintain design consistency using established design systems

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions

• Support user-centered and accessible design practices throughout the product lifecycle
