• Experience with heuristic evaluations

• Strong stakeholder management skills

Senior UX Researcher – Customer Experience & Digital Product Research Overview

• Lead complex UX research initiatives that support customer experience strategy and digital product development

• Partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, Content Strategists, Business Teams, Technology Teams, and other stakeholders to identify research objectives and business goals

• Independently scope, design, execute, and deliver research projects that drive business value and customer-focused outcomes

• Conduct qualitative research using interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, heuristic reviews, and other methodologies

• Analyze user behaviors, motivations, challenges, and opportunities to improve digital experiences

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts that guide strategic decisions

• Synthesize complex findings from multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations

• Present research findings and business recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership

• Collaborate across departments to ensure research insights are incorporated into product and business decisions

• Support customer experience improvements across multiple user groups including customers, agents, service representatives, adjusters, underwriters, and internal business users

• Drive user-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations and strategic research planning

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and evolving user experience best practices

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams while serving as a trusted research advisor

• Support organizational goals by ensuring user needs remain central to business and product decisions
