Job Description
Client Location: 5 days onsite in Washington, DC, Austin TX, or Menlo Park, CA 

Education
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

REQUIRED Skills:
- 10+ years of legal background and experience: Specifically dealing with law enforcement and sensitive content
- Project/program management experience preferred
- Prior law enforcement experience
- Experience with Work on sensitive matters
- Patience and aptitude to work with LE professionals: exhibit flexibility 
- Child safety experience in the legal field

Preferred:
- NIHMC knowledge
- Pulling data and report building

Summary:
This CW position will support various core work that the Trust and Safety/ Law Enforcement Outreach team has on a daily basis. The main function of the trust and safety contractor is to provide assistance with time sensitive, low complexity law enforcement requests/ engagements.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support with tactical engagement and education for local and state law enforcement agencies.
• Assistance to Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT) and Incident Response Team (IRT) during normal working hours when Outreach managers are unavailable but there is a time sensitive issue.
• Worked closely with LERT and CREW to troubleshoot external law enforcement issues with both criminal and civil legal process
• Supporting the onboarding and maintenance of our global SPOC/Top Agency Program for user data requests; including 100% of our top ten requestors.
• Assist in delivering critical training to law enforcement officers on our data policies and how to request records from Client
• Assist in improving the AMBER Alert program that the LE Outreach team promotes, particularly in areas where there was low-utilization.
• Support improvements and updates to the Outreach Knowledge base, including creating several new entries covering recent changes to our policies
• Support projects and engagement across Client high risk harm types (child safety, terrorism, multiple victims of violence, illicit drugs, human exploitation, frauds/scams.

Experience:
• Project/program management experience preferred.
• Prior law enforcement experience.
