Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of banking, customer service, operations, administrative, or related experience
• Commercial Card implementation
• Experience with Treasury Management products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform data entry and validation within multiple, complex, or integrated applications
• Ability to accurately review and validate required documentation, authorizations, and approvals
• Ability to track, manage, and drive implementations through completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to obtain missing or inaccurate information

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Experience supporting product or client implementations
• Experience working with Treasury Management or Commercial Card applications
• Experience coordinating file specifications and file testing
• Experience working with implementation workflow systems
• Experience resolving implementation issues independently
• Experience supporting billing rejects, exception reports, system clean-up, or other exception processes
• Experience handling complex, high-value, or one-off implementation requests
• Experience working with bank vendor partners, Operations, Technology, and client-facing teams
• Experience mentoring or coaching new team members

Treasury Management Implementation Specialist Overview:
• Supports the Treasury Management sales team and clients with the implementation of Treasury Management and Commercial Card products and services
• Coordinates and manages implementations from initiation through completion
• Acts as a liaison between clients, Treasury Management Sales, Operations, Technology, and bank vendor partners
• Ensures implementation documentation, authorizations, approvals, and system information are complete and accurate
• Helps ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Client Services after project completion

Job Duties:
• Work directly with the Treasury Management sales team and clients to assist with implementation of products and services
• Perform data entry and validation within multiple, complex, or integrated Treasury Management and Commercial Card applications
• Update implementation workflow systems with progress, status, and applicable notes
• Validate required documentation, authorizations, and approvals for implementation requests
• Follow up with the Treasury Management sales team when required information is incomplete or inaccurate
• Serve as a liaison between clients, Operations, Technology, and bank vendor partners as needed
• Independently identify and resolve implementation issues
• Document, manage, track, and drive implementations through completion
• Serve as a resource on implementation processes and supported Treasury Management and Commercial Card products
• Ensure a smooth transition from the implementation team to Client Services when applicable
• Participate in special projects as needed
• Support exception processes, including billing rejects, exception reports, system clean-up efforts, and related activities
• Support complex, high-value, and one-off special requests requiring technical expertise and analytical ability
• Coordinate file specifications, file testing, and client communication across supported services
• Mentor or coach new specialists as needed
• Monitor the departmental email inbox and respond to corresponding team requests
• Track working time and work additional hours when required, including overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40 hours per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act
